TOP NOTES
Discover the allure of top notes, also known as headnotes! As the initial scents that greet your senses when you apply perfume, they make the perfect first impression. These notes set the stage and contribute to the overall fragrance experience. However, top notes don't stick around for long, typically dissipating within the first fifteen minutes. They introduce a captivating aroma that smoothly transitions into the next phase of the scent. This is achieved through the use of lighter and smaller molecules.
MIDDLE NOTES
Middle notes are the essence of a fragrance, capturing its true character. They not only preserve the initial scent but also enhance it by introducing new layers of fragrance. Often referred to as middle notes, they act as a bridge between the top and base notes, ensuring a harmonious blend. Unlike the fleeting top notes, heart notes have staying power. Comprising approximately 70 percent of the fragrance, they linger on the skin long after the initial spray. We'll recycle the returned jars to reuse during our testing processes, which will help to cut down on the amount of new jars needed for candle testing. The recycled jars won't be used in new inventory but they're an important part of our ongoing testing to ensure our candles burn safely.
