Shipping policy

It's important to know that order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Orders will ship through USPS or UPS carrier services. Please note that shipping delays can occur from your carrier. Once the order has left the facility, it becomes the carrier responsible for any damaged or lost packages. Unfortunately, shipping accidents do happen. Cosmic Green Candles cannot help with any service problems out of our control, including those with your selected carrier service.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available to you within 10 miles of Andover, MA. 

  • Free local delivery is available for orders over $75 within 10 miles of Andover, MA.
  • For orders under $75, we charge $10 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 7 AM-6 PM on Fridays. CGC will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of the upcoming Friday that you may schedule your local delivery. Please remember to give a phone number or the package will be sent through regular delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from CGC, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within seven days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us at with your name and order number to look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. UPS will not ship to a P.O. box. Please keep that in mind at checkout. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

As a handmade product, CGC does not offer refunds. If you're unhappy with your purchase, let us know why! We hope you have someone close to whom you could gift the items. Please send us an email at with any trouble.

Stuff happens! If your order arrives damaged, email the store at Include your name, order number, and a photo of the item's condition in the email. CGC will address this case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a positive solution.
