Cosmic Green Candles does not accept returns. Exchanges are possible if there is a discussion prior to requesting a replacement. We need to see how the candle was used in order to figure out what to do next.
If you are experiencing trouble relighting your candle please see the "Candle Care" section on the menu dropdown on the homepage. That will explain the techniques needed to get the candle lit.
Due to being a handmade product with a lot of time and love - I would hope you would be able to gift it to another possible candle lover! I know it's tough to smell things off the internet but get in touch before purchasing if you have any concerns!
If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please get in contact with us at Info@CosmicGreenCandles.com and provide the tracking number as well and we will figure out a way to get you another one asap!
